Are you walking in "purpose"?

Peculiar people walk in purpose, on purpose, with purpose.

Working on "purpose" resuscitated me. I didn't consider myself to be the walking dead exactly. Maybe I was being supported by one lung and acting like the other lung worked. This revelation occurred to me after one tumultuous day where someone went back on their word. I almost flipped out. I almost flipped because I was taught your word is your bond. Lead with integrity. If you need to change things inform people, make new plans and acknowledge your faults. Well not everyone was raised in my household. Not everyone sees things how I see them.

The more I push into purpose the more I am pushed to elevate my thinking, not be reactive but responsive, not become a jerk but be positive, be solution-oriented and not a complainer. Can I tell you how hard this is?

Why can't I just "pop off" and go about my way? Just this once?!? Please.

Will that help the problem go away? Maybe not, it would probably agitate the situation and start a war.

The more I understand about my purpose the more I get excited and walk with confidence. "Purpose" took a deep breath in my lungs and gave me new life. Renewed my mind, elevated my vision, my thoughts became clearer and my posture straightened.

Purpose defined by Merriam-Webster is something set up as an object or end to be attained:intention. My reason for living is to deal you hope. To be the BEST hope dealer I was created to be. To deal hope to women who need a dose of it. Each woman needs a different measure of hope.

Hope defined by Google is a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen.

I know you can recall a most recent occurrence where you said to yourself I just need one encouraging word, a good hug, a smile or a good laugh. We have all had those moments and may be right in the middle of a discouraging situation right now.

When you are experiencing a hope deficit remember your purpose! You  are a woman who lives in purpose, walks in purpose on purpose. I want you to say this with me: " I am a woman who lives in purpose, walks in purpose on purpose!" Say it until you believe it!

Say this: I work on purpose! I do not waste time. I am not a procrastinator. I get purpose done one step at a time. My purpose is a journey unlike anyone else's.

Drop your purpose in the comments.
